About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume Dental Designer roles
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
  • Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team
  • Build and provide data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Track record of success in recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels
  • Excellent networker who understands how to engage high-caliber candidates
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to persuade and advise executives
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems and drive decisions
  • Ability to work Monday - Thursday onsite in our Belen office
