About the role
- Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process
- Lead talent management strategy across post-sales and marketing organizations
- Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
- Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders
- Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent networker and understanding
- Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise leaders
- Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
