About the role

  • Own the end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person interviews for leadership roles, ensuring a polished, consistent, and "white-glove" experience for senior candidates.
  • Oversee scheduling and recruiting logistics, identifying opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively removing roadblocks in the hiring funnel.
  • Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our Ashby ATS to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Arrange candidate travel and manage all associated agendas and expenses with accuracy.
  • Lead or support initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and scaling our global recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role—specifically with experience supporting leadership or executive-level hiring.
  • Detail-Oriented & Rigorous: You manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the small details that define a premium candidate experience.
  • High Agency: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and enjoy the "building" phase of a growing company.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess the executive presence to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, from coordinators to C-suite leaders.
  • Tech-Forward: You are proficient with modern recruiting tools; experience with Ashby is a plus.
