About the role
- Responsible for managing and growing all Cepheid business in acute healthcare markets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department stakeholders in the hospital setting
- Develop demand for and adoption of new assays and instrumentation within account base
- Coordinate between customer and Cepheid personnel for new product implementations
- Optimize cycle time using Salesforce.com to prioritize sales funnel
Requirements
- BS Degree in Scientific field or similar discipline
- Five or more years of current professional sales experience selling testing or similar solutions to hospital / acute care facilities
- Strong understanding of Nebraska and South Dakota area client base and strong network of Physicians, Clinicians or others in similar roles
- Proven sales success, specifically in selling premium-priced products.
- Revenue / target responsibility in the $ 17M range
- Must reside in South Dakota.
