About the role
- Lead and manage programs through Core Team members and their extended teams
- Direct Core Team activities, resolve escalated issues, and ensure alignment across functions
- Ensure extended teams are staffed with qualified resources to meet program objectives
- Serve as the primary communication point for the project with Product Planning Group and functional leadership
- Identify risks and implement countermeasures when project metrics deviate from targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Medical Device Business Management, or related field with preference for 9+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with preference for 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience in program management leading multi-disciplinary projects in FDA-regulated environment
- Strong aptitude for learning and applying the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage in a matrix organization
- Deep understanding of product development functions and ability to foster cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%)
