About the role
- overall ownership of global Microelectronics new product development efforts
- play a leading role in developing the organization's long-term strategy
- focus on driving growth and profitability of the Global Microelectronics Product Portfolio
- oversee the development of technical and product roadmaps
- drive the development / launch of new products
- champions New Product Development and drives the Strategic Innovation Plan
- coordinates closely with the Product Management team
- oversees Forecasting and Capacity Planning
- leads ongoing collection of Customer Insights / VOC
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- a minimum of 10 years’ experience in semiconductor B2B sales, marketing, product management, technical service, or engineering
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- strong ability to work across global time zones and under tight timelines
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
- Possesses the ability to lead, influence, and shape opinions among senior managers
- Proven capability to deliver results while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
- Exhibits the presence and stature needed to generate trust
- Demonstrates readiness to serve as a successor for larger leadership roles
- able to travel up to 50%, including internationally.
