About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Schedule Management - Understanding of how to create, manage and understand impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
- Provide business support, including troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate support to the business stakeholders.
- Manage and support all on-site IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on Windows systems and other IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Document and report IT incidents and resolutions.
- Respond to and, where appropriate, escalate and drive reported incidents & major incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Multiple years in technical support and IT infrastructure management within corporate environments.
- Proven experience leading on-site IT operations and coordinating with global teams.
- Strong understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems.
- Familiarity with Windows environments, mobile devices, and incident management tools.
- Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience presenting, leading vendor meetings, and managing local teams.
