About the role
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment
- Provide excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter's customers
- Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records
- Order repair parts and adhere to cycle times
- Utilize business systems for Service Call Planning and advancing team goals
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, understanding and meeting their unique needs
Requirements
- Associate’s degree OR High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of equivalent experience OR equivalent military experience
- Experience in repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, instrumentation and/or similar discipline
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and/or service repair is a plus
