About the role
- Lead and manage the Portfolio Management team
- Accountable for execution across mature and legacy product lines
- Own portfolio lifecycle strategy and decisions
- Drive enterprise portfolio initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategic Pricing
- Serve as the escalation owner for portfolio risk and executive reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience, or MBA/Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience, or Doctorate in the field with 3+ years
- 4+ years working in product or marketing with practical HPLC workflows in liquid chromatographic instrumentation
- Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios
- Previous leadership experience in product management, market development, technical customer management, or product development is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
