About the role
- Ensures Environmental Performance through the development, implementation, and management of environmental programs across US and international sites.
- Drives critical programs such as CAA, RCRA, Stormwater, Wastewater, SPCC, TRI, etc., to reduce risks and company costs.
- Exhibits a working knowledge of global chemical substance regulations (REACH, TSCA, RoHS, CA Prop 65, etc.)
- Lead sustainability programs by managing GHG reduction and tracking, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives (hazardous, non-hazardous, and recycling).
- Assess and improve environmental impact through sites assessments and driving continuous improvement by establishing performance targets, data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or other field
- Years of experience in sustainability and environmental compliance programs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability frameworks
- Strong analytical, design and project management skills
- Excellent in documentation and communication
