About the role

  • Lead key projects and cross functional teams in the MedSci function
  • Drive execution of MedSci projects using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools
  • Provide operations support for Medical Affairs objectives, KPIs and sustainment of existing standard work
  • Partner with internal and external resources to deliver MedSci evidence site effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field with preference for 7+ years’ experience in program management, or Advanced degree (PhD, MD) in biological science with preference for 4+ years' experience in program management
  • Ability to work independently with the MedSci team and their cross-functional partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and willingness to continuously improve
