About the role
- Establishing and building relationships with both existing and new customers
- Achieving or exceeding assigned sales numbers by driving revenue
- Setting, leading and executing the agreed sales strategy to achieve market share gain within the territory
- Engaging with customers to ensure business opportunities are maximized – both competitor and retention accounts
- Actively maintaining competitive business and existing base through account management and promotion of products
- Arranging and executing external and internal meetings including presenting and supporting both company and customer needs
- Presenting action plans at regular intervals to the management team and seeking opportunities to convert competitor business
- Establishing relationships and developing partnerships with different public and private sectors, predominantly focusing on stakeholders including decision makers, KOL’s and C-Suite level to maximize value proposition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role
- Experience in direct selling in a comparable field or complex medical environment
- Outstanding planning and organization skills with evidence of creation and execution of successful strategic account plans within diagnostics or medical sector
- A consistent successful record in sales and solution selling, preferably in the medical device, healthcare or life science industry
- Driving License and fluently language skills in English and German.
