About the role
- Handle daily service and support of Radiometer's existing customer base
- Support sales & service growth and customer happiness
- Drive service revenue sales targets
- Ensure strong customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate
- Provide frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting
- Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise request for parts
- Complete Installation of equipment's on site
- Complete Preventive Maintenance as per schedule
- Conduct demonstration of products to customers
- Imparts training to the customer
- Update service report in CRM
- Identify potential parts requirement and get quote submitted and collect Purchase Order
- Identify potential equipment requirements and generate Service Leads for sales team
Requirements
- Diploma / Engineering in (Electronics, instrumentation and Bio-Medical is preferred)
- 4+ years of field Service experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel – 50% travel
