About the role
- Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site
- Provides Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers
- Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution
- Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma
- Proficient English is mandatory
- Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
- Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial
