About the role
- Responsible for the installation, repair, calibration and testing of instruments
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Follows logical troubleshooting procedures and diagnoses issues in a timely manner
- Builds strong partnerships with sales staff to anticipate potential customer issues and identify additional sales opportunities
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a related role – preferably in the medical sector
- Basic knowledge of IoT, networking, IT and cyber security, and a diploma in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
