  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the QRC leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years’ experience or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 18+ years of HR experience
  • 6+ years in people leadership roles and strategic HR business partnership
  • Broad understanding of core HR disciplines
  • Track record in managing HR processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership teams
  • Experience leveraging digital HR tools and analytics
