About the role
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the QRC leadership team
- Lead organizational design and development initiatives
- Partner with business and talent management teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize HR processes
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making
- Coach and develop HR team members and business leaders
- Ensure change management principles are embedded in business and HR initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years’ experience or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 18+ years of HR experience
- 6+ years in people leadership roles and strategic HR business partnership
- Broad understanding of core HR disciplines
- Track record in managing HR processes
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership teams
- Experience leveraging digital HR tools and analytics
