About the role
- Installs and maintains instruments and systems in a laboratory environment
- Provide effective product and customer support
- Ensures Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) & Modification (MOD’s) planning are performed in timely manner
- Seeks timely support for difficult product issues avoiding unnecessary down time
- Adheres to field service policies procedures and standards
- Maintain recommended spare parts for his product range
Requirements
- Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering
- Long standing years on any type of Basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment
- Knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues
- Can logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis
- Ability to travel – Approximately 80% travel within the assigned territory and 20% outstation travel
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other functions to achieve client delight.
