About the role
- Drive adherence to standard work across global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
- Implement and monitor compliance with EHS policies and procedures
- Lead global initiatives aimed at reducing incidents and improving overall safety performance
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global EHS standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of proven leadership in environmental and safety compliance within a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in implementing standard work and DBS methodologies
- Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
