About the role
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and generate qualified leads
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Present and explain products or services to prospective customers
- Manage and update CRM records with accurate call notes and activity logs
- Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and customer service to improve lead quality and close rates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience in account management and use of Salesforce.com
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Applications, and Salesforce.com
- Excellent organizational and communication skills – written and oral
- Strong time management and goal orientation
