About the role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HRMS administration, training coordination, payroll support, and grievance handling
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for staff/associate roles
- Manage sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews & selection workflows
- Execute onboarding, documentation & BGV compliance
- Administer employee lifecycle transactions in HRMS/SAP SuccessFactors
- Monitor 30-60-90 day assimilation framework for new hires
- Execute engagement interventions (town halls, R&R, cultural/CSR events)
- Facilitate KPI/KRA goal-setting & appraisal cycles (mid-year/year-end)
- Conduct TNA & competency mapping
- Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, shifts, leave, C&B changes)
- Generate dashboards/MIS on attrition, hiring, training, headcount, attendance
- Address employee grievances with confidentiality & policy alignment
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Skills: communication, interpersonal skills, SAP, ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solving and decision-making, confidentiality, professionalism
