About the role
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, selling intelligent meeting room solutions, UC technologies, and collaboration tools to enterprise clients
- Hunt for new opportunities – identify and engage with potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop a winning sales strategy
- Promote and sell intelligent meeting room solutions, UC platforms, and other collaboration technologies
- Collaborate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions
- Own the sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Stay ahead of the game – keep up with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in UC and collaboration
- Deliver results – exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- A proven hunter in B2B sales, with a strong track record in UC, intelligent meeting rooms, AV solutions, or collaboration technologies
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT, telecom, or technology sector
- A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft compelling, tailored solutions
- The ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers
- A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
