About the role
- Perform sales functions in a targeted market of existing and new accounts
- Grasp the intricacies of customers' operations and provide tailored recommendations
- Contact customers through direct contact, correspondence, and telephone channels to sell products, resolve issues, and address queries
- Explore new product opportunities, manage orders, analyze marketing trends for assigned products, and prospect and sell to end users
- Meet sales goals and objectives, assist with trade shows, and communicate and coordinate all sales efforts with the Inside salesperson
- Create customized solutions to meet customer needs and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant machinery sales experience within architectural sheet metal, HVAC, metalworks, and/or sheet metal fabrication environments
- Knowledge of the metal roofing business is an added advantage.
