About the role

  • Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification based on approved access requests
  • Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
  • Assign and remove roles, groups, and entitlements in IAM systems
  • Handle password resets, account unlocks, and MFA-related requests
  • Ensure access changes comply with least privilege and security policies
  • Create, modify, disable, and delete AD user accounts
  • Manage AD security and distribution groups
  • Update user attributes such as department, title, manager, and email
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of AD authentication and access issues
  • Work on incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Follow SOPs, runbooks, and SLAs while resolving tickets
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required
  • Maintain accurate access records and audit logs
  • Support access reviews, audits, and compliance checks
  • Document procedures and update knowledge articles

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • Experience in IT Service Management and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of IAM systems and AD management
  • Understanding of access control and security policies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
