About the role
- Leading and developing the Service Contracts & Warranty team, setting clear objectives and driving consistent, high-quality delivery across the dealer network.
- Owning the commercial performance of the Service Contracts portfolio, ensuring contracts remain financially positive through strong governance, audit discipline, and cost control.
- Managing external suppliers, ensuring contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and value is delivered throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Driving operational improvement, identifying and implementing simplified, best-practice processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- Overseeing systems and parameters, ensuring UK-specific service contract and warranty system requirements align with business planning and DTAG mandates.
- Engaging senior stakeholders, including DTAG, DTUK leadership, sales teams, DTFS, dealers, and key customers, to drive alignment, confidence, and performance.
Requirements
- Proven line management experience, leading and motivating teams to deliver against performance targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, audits, and financial performance.
- Demonstrable experience in supplier and contract management, including governance and performance monitoring.
- A strong customer focus, balancing customer satisfaction with operational and financial priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to operate credibly at senior level.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
