About the role
- Design and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement and reinforce DailyPay’s core values
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience that welcomes new hires into our mission
- Act as a strategic partner to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing the operational support needed to plan impactful events and foster inclusive communities
- Interface with the Corporate Communications team to ensure all internal messaging is consistent, transparent, and resonates with our unique culture
- Deploy a semi-annual employee experience survey while constantly looking for "moments that matter" in the employee lifecycle to improve satisfaction and retention
- Learn and master the backend of a high-performing People Ops machine—from HRIS data integrity to compliance and policy support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in HR, People Ops, Recruiting, Events or a similar people-focused role
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- You have an eye for detail and can write internal communications that are both professional and personable
- You are eager to learn the "how" behind People Operations while never losing sight of the "why" (our people)
- You don't wait for a manual; you see a gap in the employee experience and you move to fill it
- You love bringing people together and have a knack for organizing events that people *actually* want to attend
