About the role
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners at private equity firms
- Develop and execute a strategy to influence PE partners to advocate for our solutions
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to prioritize portfolio companies as potential customers
- Serve as the primary liaison between the private equity community and internal teams
- Stay informed on market trends, PE firm strategies, and competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience with financial services sector, preferably private equity, venture capital, or investment banking
- Established senior-level relationships in these sectors
- Strong strategic thinking and identification of growth leverage points
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
- Proficient in building rapport and trust with high-level executives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
