About the role

  • Support the HR function in delivering effective HR services and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and business teams to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data accuracy
  • Support preparation of HR reports and basic analytics
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies
  • Support the recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding activities
  • Assist in organizing internship, graduate trainee, and campus recruitment programs
  • Support participation in career fairs and employer branding activities
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in compiling feedback reports
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or structured organization
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR practices
  • Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration
  • Familiarity with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
