About the role
- Support the HR function in delivering effective HR services and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Work closely with the HR Manager and business teams to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data accuracy
- Support preparation of HR reports and basic analytics
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies
- Support the recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding activities
- Assist in organizing internship, graduate trainee, and campus recruitment programs
- Support participation in career fairs and employer branding activities
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in compiling feedback reports
- Support the implementation of employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or structured organization
- Good knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR practices
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
