About the role
- Identify and proactively engage target accounts
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customer accounts
- Secure showroom display space for products
- Conduct field measurements, develop layouts, generate accurate quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain a robust dealer network
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within the building products industry
- Familiarity with the kitchen & bath and hearth industry
- Understanding building codes, construction practices, and the trade community
- Experience in project management and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of 20/20 design software is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
