• Evaluate contractor applicants to confirm they satisfy all required licensing, insurance, experience, and quality standards.
• Assess overall fit by reviewing communication style, level of professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
• Proactively identify and recruit top talent through strategic outreach, sourcing efforts, and networking across multiple markets.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to present qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up throughout the process.
• Support market needs by sourcing and recruiting installers across multiple products, including roofing, windows, siding, bath, solar, etc.
• Maintain well-organized candidate pipelines and detailed documentation to ensure clear visibility and alignment across the team.

Installer Sourcing Recruiter

Onboarding Specialist

• Lead and manage the onboarding process across all sub-departments
• Managing background checks and MVRs for candidates being pushed through the pre-employment screening process
• Attend weekly meetings to remain up to date on company goals and vision
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure all pre-onboarding paperwork and HRIS are set up before the new hire’s start date
• Responsible for pushing through all new hires to active in HRIS after receiving roll call from trainers and updating ATS to display accuracy for attendance
• Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding experience to ensure it is streamlined, engaging, and effective in promoting long-term employee satisfaction and retention
• Protects confidentiality by keeping personal information confidential
• Responsible for back-ups if Onboarding Specialists or Recruiting Leads are using PTO
• Other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager

Customer Support

• Responsible for first-line customer service support and ensuring customers' experience with DaBella is as good as possible.
• Handle omni-channel customer service inquiries and then route them to the proper person to resolve any issues.
• Monitor and process customer messages via calls, email, and online inquiries and enter them into company CRM for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Contact customers via phone and email to clarify information and details regarding messages and complaints and to help establish resolutions for any outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with internal staff including sales, GMs, PCs, and installation team to ensure all customer requests and complaints are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
