About the role

  • Run growth experiments across the full funnel: acquisition → activation → conversion → retention.
  • Own and optimize the website: build new pages, run CRO tests, improve UX, and drive signups/PQLs.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and conversion flow improvements.
  • Build lifecycle and automation flows for free users, trials, PQLs, and customers.
  • Partner with Product to improve onboarding and reduce time-to-value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations and MOPS to shape a hybrid PLG → SLG motion and handoff process.
  • Integrate product usage signals into CRM workflows and sales alerts.
  • Support SEO and paid campaigns with landing page strategy and reporting.
  • Analyze performance, report insights, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, lifecycle, or digital marketing (PLG experience required).
  • Strong understanding of activation metrics, PQLs, and product usage funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with website platforms (Framer, Webflow), marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Instantly, Zapier), CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (GA4), and A/B testing platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting for landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle emails.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
  • A startup mentality: scrappy, fast, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
