About the role
- Master and demonstrate deep knowledge of the d1g1t product suite.
- Ensure successful delivery of project implementations.
- Lead architecture and delivery for large, multi‑custodian, implementations, from discovery through production and stabilization.
- Own solution design and tradeoffs across modeling, workflows, and platform configuration.
- Set delivery strategy, milestones, and success criteria for large engagements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client, modeling and workflow challenges.
- Drive the growth and scalability of the team.
- Mentor and guide the team on execution and problem-solving approaches.
- Establish implementation standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Influence the growth and scalability of the firm.
- Support strategic client conversations and long‑term platform adoption by effectively communicating features, integrations, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities through structured client feedback.
- Partner with Sales on complex pre-sales engagements (technical validation, solution feasibility, POCs).
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in fintech, wealth management platforms, SaaS implementations, entrepreneurial environments or consulting.
- Proven ability to lead complex delivery engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of investment workflows, portfolio construction, trading, and performance concepts.
- Advanced data and analytics fluency.
- Strong systems thinking — you understand second- and third-order effects.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).
- Aptitude for leading and mentoring delivery teams.
- Track record of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Proven record of setting standards or patterns adopted by others.
- Skilled at writing understandable and concise technical and client-facing documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote work environment.
- Preferred: Post Secondary Degree in math, quantitative finance, computer science, engineering.
- Strong technical skills including Python scripting, SQL, Excel/CSV data mapping, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to large-scale data migrations or platform transformations.
- Experience influencing product strategy in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with US based RIAs.
- French language is an asset.
