About the role
- Master and demonstrate deep knowledge of the d1g1t product suite.
- Serve as primary client-facing consultant, acting as a trusted advisor and owning client implementations from discovery through production and stabilization.
- Guide customers through successful implementations across data integration, portfolio management, trading and reporting projects as a d1g1t subject matter expert.
- Advise clients on best practices, workflow optimization, and platform adoption to support business objectives.
- Translate client workflows and requirements into platform solutions and data models
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance analysis to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Implement portfolio management, trading, and reporting workflows aligned with client needs
- Lead implementation calls and tailored training sessions aligned with client workflows and objectives.
- Maintain implementation plans and milestones aligned with the overall delivery roadmap.
- Communicate clearly with clients on progress, risks, and next steps
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and implementation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in fintech, wealth management platforms, SaaS implementations or entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong technical skills including SQL, Python scripting, Excel/CSV data mapping, and hands-on data analysis.
- Proven ability to learn complex technologies rapidly, including APIs, database systems, and scripting.
- Experience with data migration, reconciliation, or performance methodologies
- Strong understanding of portfolio management and trading
- Exceptional communication, client-facing skills and logical problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at writing understandable and concise technical documentation.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote work environment.
- Preferred: Post Secondary Degree in math, quantitative finance, computer science, engineering.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).
- Familiarity with deployment procedures and working with developers in an agile framework.
- Experience conducting both virtual and on-site client engagements, training, and support sessions.
- Experience with FIX protocol, managed account programs (SMA/UMA), mutual fund and discretionary advisory programs.
- Experience working with US based RIAs
- French language is an asset
