💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Maintain accurate books for 8-15 simple entities, including transaction coding and recurring journal entries.
- Complete monthly bank, credit card, payment processor reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain clean supporting schedules (prepaids, accruals, etc.).
- Manage AP workflows (vendor set up, cc authorizations, bill-pay).
- Maintain vendor files, W-9s and 1099 support schedules.
- Assist the HR and Payroll Manager with coordinating biweekly payroll.
- Complete sales tax registrations, filings, and remittances (multi-state).
- Administratively manage insurance renewal process for portfolio entities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping, with experience in QuickBooks Online
- Experience in sales tax & state / local filings
- Experience in payroll management, preferred
- Proven experience working in a multi-entity environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
