  • Stay informed on best practices in contract administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with standard business software; comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed work style suited to a remote environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with document management systems or data rooms (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract structures (preferred)
  • Paralegal certification (preferred)
