About the role

  • Lead and scale the Electrical Production team
  • Align people, processes, and systems to business objectives
  • Own end-to-end electrical production execution
  • Develop and maintain Production standard operating procedures
  • Mentor and support Production staff
  • Coordinate with planners for production schedules
  • Improve production processes through analysis
  • Manage production budgets and KPIs
  • Support ECO implementation and inventory count
  • Partner on production strategy and capacity planning
  • Follow all safety protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of electrical production experience, including 4+ years in a people leadership role
  • Strong understanding of MRP, ERP, and Multi-Level Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Experience managing and developing production teams with accountability for performance outcomes
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement practices
  • Good understanding of schematics and SolidWorks drawings
  • Strong understanding of soldering equipment, skills and processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proven ability to make informed decisions with limited data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
