About the role
- Lead and scale the Electrical Production team
- Align people, processes, and systems to business objectives
- Own end-to-end electrical production execution
- Develop and maintain Production standard operating procedures
- Mentor and support Production staff
- Coordinate with planners for production schedules
- Improve production processes through analysis
- Manage production budgets and KPIs
- Support ECO implementation and inventory count
- Partner on production strategy and capacity planning
- Follow all safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 8+ years of electrical production experience, including 4+ years in a people leadership role
- Strong understanding of MRP, ERP, and Multi-Level Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Experience managing and developing production teams with accountability for performance outcomes
- Working knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement practices
- Good understanding of schematics and SolidWorks drawings
- Strong understanding of soldering equipment, skills and processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proven ability to make informed decisions with limited data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
