About the role

  • Lead the d-Matrix’s global hiring engine as we scale into a world-class AI inference company;balancing speed, quality, and culture at every stage.
  • Set the standard for hiring excellence by rolling out structured interviews, training, and calibration that help leaders make consistently great hiring decisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership on senior hiring, leadership assessment, and long-term workforce planning tied directly to business priorities.
  • Design recruiting for scale by building the systems, processes, and metrics that enable predictable, data-driven growth across technical and business teams.
  • Own the d-Matrix talent brand and candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are and why top talent should join us.
  • Lead the recruiting tech and analytics stack, including our ATS - Ashby, to keep our hiring engine efficient, modern, and globally scalable.
  • Build and grow an exceptional talent team, while embedding inclusive hiring practices into everything we do.

Requirements

  • 13+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 5+ years leading large, global recruiting organizations in technology, AI, or semiconductor industries
  • Proven success scaling recruiting functions through high-growth or transformation phases
  • Deep understanding of technical recruiting across hardware, software, and AI/ML engineering
  • Demonstrated success implementing structured interview frameworks and hiring manager training that improved hiring quality and reduced bias
  • Experience building employer brands, sourcing strategies, recruiting operations, and analytics
  • Experience planning, hosting, and moderating recruiting events; comfortable being on stage and representing the company publicly
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Highly data-driven, with fluency in recruiting metrics, systems, and performance analytics
  • Strategic, pragmatic, and execution-oriented, able to move fluidly between vision and detail
