Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or AA with several years of experience with logistics-intensive environments
8–12 years of progressive warehouse, logistics, and inventory management experience; medical device/regulatory experience preferred
Strong inventory control expertise and ERP (NetSuite preferred) proficiency
Experience with Lean, Kanban, 5S, and material flow optimization
Forklift certification preferred
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; NetSuite experience a plus)
Ability to perform physical labor as required
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and meet deadlines
