About the role

Key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within defined timeframes
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules ensuring performance, security, and scalability
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to enhance system functionality and user experience
Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and automation
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals
Investigate and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance
Stay informed about latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices and incorporate them into development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform architecture
Experience developing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality results within specified contract periods
Experience collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams
