Client Partner

• Own and manage a regional and/or nationwide MSP portfolio of healthcare staffing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive engagement.
• Drive TOA growth by managing open requisitions, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning staffing strategies to client demand.
• Define, document, and communicate MSP-specific submission requirements and expectations to recruiting teams.
• Partner with recruiting leadership to align on priority requisitions, submission pacing, and fulfillment strategy.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client and provider issues, resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain portfolio health through extensions, renewals, contract changes, and retention efforts.
• Monitor client satisfaction and portfolio performance using quality metrics, scorecards, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure credentialing and compliance alignment in accordance with Joint Commission (TJC/JCAHO) standards.
• Support confirmation calls, assignment changes, and terminations as needed.
• Build strong rapport with healthcare professionals to support retention beyond current assignments.
• Participate in client site visits, networking, and industry events as required.
• Execute referral initiatives and other client engagement programs as assigned.

• Working within a vibrant, high-velocity team, you will bring your operational energy and strategic expertise to manage, farm, and scale major existing national and regional enterprise accounts within the Life Sciences, IT, and Engineering MSP, VMS, and SOW spaces.
• The Staffing Account Manager is responsible for driving client success, account growth, and portfolio profitability across enterprise accounts within Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Engineering, and related professional services.
• Serving as the primary link between clients, MSP partners, and delivery teams, this role oversees contingent workforce programs, staff augmentation engagements, SOW-based projects, and enterprise-scale MSP delivery.
• Success requires a strong understanding of workforce and consulting services to ensure exceptional delivery, client satisfaction, compliance, and long-term business growth.
• Account Farming & Penetration: Navigate deep into existing enterprise accounts to map out new hiring departments, secure SOW projects, uncover hidden manager needs, and expand active billable contractor headcount.
• Performance & Metrics Tracking: Monitor and improve daily delivery metrics—such as our response times and submittal-to-hire ratios—to ensure our agency maintains its top-tier supplier status with the client.
• VMS Delivery & Compliance Governance: Navigate daily workflows within major vendor management systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) ensuring strict compliance with client SLAs, SOW deliverables, tiering structures, and onboarding policies.
• Recruitment Team Alignment: Translate complex client requirements into actionable instructions for internal recruiting teams; conduct candidate quality reviews before final submission.
• Strategic Client Partnership: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and execute client visits to position Cynet as a consultative, deliverables-based partner rather than a transactional vendor.

Account Manager – Life Sciences

• Build strong relationships, and be responsible for managing a healthy P&L with the existing portfolio of accounts within our Direct, SOW & MSP space.
• Develop an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in opening new doors, new categories, and new clients.
• Work with senior management in new initiatives, and programs to fuel growth.
• Formulate strategy on trying new creative ways to achieve team targets.
• Identify and work with the proposal team to identify and fill RFIs and RFPs.
• Conduct regular onsite visits with clients and build rapport to foster a long-lasting, beneficial relationship.
• Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships.
• Work with the hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards.
• Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients.
• Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for the growth of your portfolio.

• Working closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this individual will ensure that all pricing submissions meet client expectations, align with organisational margin goals, and fully comply with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and living wage standards.
• This position requires both analytical rigour and a deep understanding of the unique pricing considerations in government staffing.
