About the role
- The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products.
- Assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
- A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
- Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
- Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
