About the role

  • Lead quotation activities to achieve performance targets aligned with sales and marketing strategies and train the team to produce accurate cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to enhance customer engagement and improve quotation accuracy and turnaround times.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to increase sales volume.
  • Assess customer needs to tailor quotations effectively.
  • Stay informed about competitor strategies and market trends to develop effective tactics.
  • Execute strategic quotation plans and monitor performance metrics to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Electrical Distribution knowledge is required
  • 5-7 years in electrical quotation sales; essential background in Sales and Distribution.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in design and build estimates is an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret complex low and medium voltage plans
  • Effective at navigating ambiguity and overcoming challenges.
  • Extensive understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Ability to motivate, lead and be part of a team
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Deep understanding of and responsiveness to customer needs and Technical proficiency in delivering customer-focused strategies.
