About the role
- Drive branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Direct the activities of counter, inside sales, and warehouse associates.
- Analyze customer needs to ensure that branch products and services meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain account base by driving optimal customer service.
- Provide overall leadership to drive Company values and culture.
- Operate the branch within forecast to meet and exceed profitability goals.
- Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
- Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
- Implement succession planning for self and other critical roles on the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years industry experience with product knowledge.
- Minimum of two years management experience.
- Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
- Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
- The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
