About the role
- Providing excellent service to customers who visit the branch to place orders or pickup their product requirements.
- Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.
- Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders.
- Opening new accounts and developing customer base and sales leads.
- Maintaining knowledge base on current products and sourcing required products.
- Providing pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
- Providing basic technical support on products.
- Closing orders and ensuring timely completion of filled orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office required.
- Up to 1 year of related experience.
- Experience using inventory software preferred.
