- Liaising with customers/clients
- Maintaining printer/photocopier toner cartridges inventory
- Respond to requests to pull paperwork: Invoices, receiving reports, Etc.
- Processing cash sales/customer payments
- Obtaining freight rates
- Back-up invoicing & exception follow up
Requirements
- One to three (1-3) years administration experience in a busy office environment.
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferably post-secondary education in Administration or Business Management.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with strong administrative and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizations skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
- Effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Optimizing time effectively.
- Pays attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new initiatives that support the department.
