About the role

  • Primary contact for receiving incidents and requests reported by members of senior management and their assistants.
  • Responsible for processing and following up on all types of incidents and requests.
  • Main contributor to incident resolution, quality improvement, and service continuity.
  • Available to assist senior management upon request.
  • Manage all requests received.
  • Answering calls from users.
  • Recording reported incidents or malfunctions.
  • Processing or initiating the appropriate support actions: diagnosis, identification, communication, resolution, and formulation of solutions.
  • Follow up on the handling of calls from senior management.
  • Analyze activity to identify areas for improvement in services and availability.
  • Prepare and install hardware and/or software for IT systems.
  • Monitor incidents and coordinate with external service providers.
  • Ensure a high-quality user experience and maintain documentation.

Requirements

  • Two-year technical degree (DUT, BTS, etc.) in Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards; ITIL certification is a plus.
  • At least five years of professional experience in user support, including two years in a similar role within an international and VIP environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient with productivity tools: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Windows 11.
  • Proficient in Apple ecosystems (iOS, macOS, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, etc.).
  • Experience with ITSM tools; ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience supporting and using videoconferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Experience managing users, groups, access, roles, and licenses.
  • Experience administering a desktop environment.
