About the role
- Provide operational excellence in the branch customer service and safety by coordinating operations functions.
- Supporting and mentoring associates to provide superior customer service to high safety standards.
- Ensuring that all business processes, work instruction and OH&S procedures are investigated and developed.
- Identify solutions to issues that may affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the branch.
- Ensure branch continuous improvement in administrative tasks performance.
- Manage Branch Occupational Health and Safety Program ensuring implementation and compliance by staff and customers.
- Responsible for training associates on all system and branch operation tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- College/University diploma/degree (business, sales or marketing) an asset.
- Formalized Occupational Health & Safety training.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; WISL freight system, SX system preferred.
- 2-3 years recent, related experience.
- Previous experience in administration, Customer Service, Operation and Health and Safety Support.
