About the role
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Industrial Sales
- Manages the day-to-day operations and processes of the OSD Rockwell Domain Specialists (There are 11 total direct reports)
- Owning the execution of the monthly Rockwell commercial activities as set forth by the fiscal year commercial plans
- Manages the 'business development' activities within the Automation Team
- Continues to execute on our current culture platforms (Sandler and the 10P’s)
- Providing RA quarterly business report outs for local RA leadership and TBL’s
- Manages sales growth YOY regarding COGS and GP
- CRM Funnel Management- maintains a healthy funnel of opportunities to sustain growth and hit sales objectives in all 3 RA planning segments (SWC. ITD, LCS)
- Utilizing CRM to provide sales forecasts for customer closing opportunities for the quarters within SWC, ITD, and LCS
- Participate in account planning with the sales teams
- Leverage available RA commercial programs with customers to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with RA Sales, RA Domain Experts, RA leadership to execute on strategies for growth
- Collaboration with OSD Sales Teams and OSD Marketing/Digital
- Willing to continuously learn and improve the team’s technical competency and commercial skill sets
- Executes customer facing commercial activities and events such as live demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and lunch and learns
- Understands how to navigate RA support infrastructure- quality, pricing, customer care, technical support and customer complaint escalation
- Reviews monthly commissions for the team within Power Bi PRM administration for all OSD APR employees
- GPOS cleanup of unmatched products
Requirements
