• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise systems to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage and develop Cybit’s FinOps platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business to identify technology solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
• Lead the deployment of new technologies and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience, ensuring customers consistently recognise and appreciate the value of the service offering.
• Lead initiatives to streamline operations, driving cost reduction through process optimisation and automation.
