Client Partner

• Identify, research, and engage potential partners within the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) target audience to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Be the first point of follow up to MQL's generated through digital outreach.
• Execute outbound outreach strategies via phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, networking events and forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on target accounts and optimise lead qualification processes.
• Educate prospects on CyberSmart’s value proposition and solutions for effective positioning.
• Track and manage all lead generation activities in tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo and HeyReach.
• Provide feedback to the wider Growth team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to refine strategy, messaging and processes.
• Align with the Growth team on GTM strategy and target audiences.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Partner Growth Manager for further engagement.
• Facilitate lead transfers to key distributors where relevant.
• Monitor and report KPIs including calls made, emails sent, leads generated and partners recruited.
• Analyse the prospecting pipeline to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in internal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share insights and recommendations for future success.
