Account Executive

• Establish professional productive relationships with new and existing assigned accounts.
• Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through the Cyberhaven sales process.
• Build a local franchise to own the market in your territory thru trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances.
• Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned software and services growth goals.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, as well as upsell and cross-sell of existing clients.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, and present Cyberhaven’s unique DDR solution.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Proactively plan, set critical milestones, assess, clarify and validate partners needs on an ongoing basis, to establish productive relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, services and pricing models.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Enterprise Account Executive

Engineer

• Provide well-thought out and reliable directions in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers solve reported issues and guide them on proper use of our platform.
• Take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution or escalation.
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention.
• Build an excellent rapport with our backline engineers and collaborate on solving complex issues.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
• Serve as internal and external point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
• Collect information, attempt to reproduce reported behavior, and document bugs with Engineering for product issues that are impacting customers.
• Create process and troubleshooting documentation to enhance our support knowledge base.
• Work with client resources and stakeholders to understand their data security risks and threats.
• Work closely with the executive leadership to build processes, reporting, and metrics that will showcase Support productivity and client satisfaction.

Escalation Engineer

• Prospect and develop qualified leads within the SMB segment
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Articulate the value proposition of Cyberhaven’s solutions to address specific customer challenges
• Drive sales pipeline creation and navigate complex sales cycles
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
